Case Study B: Selling Products Internationally. You Just Need to Start!

This is a business that I started a few months ago:

Tourism & travel is a passion of mine, and I had always dreamed of selling Mongolian products internationally around the world.

Well in August 2021, I decided to no longer dream, but to actually make it a reality. So far the website is getting 50-70 organic Google traffic without any advertisements.

My focus for now is selling traditional Mongolian yurts and gers around the world. The main keywords to rank for are “mongolian yurts” “buy mongolian ger” “mongolian ger” etc. While it’s still a work in progress, the website is getting 2-3 leads every week consistently.

Keep in mind, this is without any advertisements, and a single sale brings in a revenue of $2000 to even $20000 depending on the size of the order.

Currently the website ranks for keywords in the middle of the first page. Once it reaches the #1 spot, the number of leads and sales are due to significantly improve. I will make future posts about the results.
